CORDADA PRIVACY POLICY

Last updated: 30 August 2026

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE

JaviHG · [email protected]

WHAT WE COLLECT AND WHY

  1. Your account. When you sign in with Google we store that account's email address and name; we never see your password. Google Play's closed testing works per account: without that email you cannot be listed as a tester or install your group's apps.
  1. Your activity. The apps you register, the ones you test, the stages you complete, the feedback you write and the screenshots you attach. This is the very purpose of the service.
  1. Your messages to other users. They delete themselves after 30 days, as do in-app notices.
  1. Device data, only if you report an incompatibility: model, Android version, architecture and screen size. It is shown on screen before it is sent. No advertising identifiers, no location, no contacts.
  1. Minimal technical server logs, to keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

The legal basis is the service you are asking for (1 to 4) and our legitimate interest in keeping it safe (5, plus handling reports).

WHO IT IS SHARED WITH

Whoever publishes an app sees your name, your feedback, your screenshots and, if you sent one, your incompatibility report; whoever receives a message from you reads it. Nothing else. We do not sell data, there is no third-party advertising or analytics, and no data is handed to other companies.

WHERE IT IS STORED

On servers within the European Union.

FOR HOW LONG

For as long as you keep your account. You can delete it from the app's menu: your data is erased immediately and disappears from backups within 30 days at most. Only the community's aggregate statistics and the showcase of approved apps remain, because they identify no one.

If we recognise you as a founder (for helping us test Cordada during its first cycle), we store a cryptographic fingerprint of your email address, never the address itself, so we can honour that benefit for a year even if you delete your account. That fingerprint cannot be turned back into your address or used to contact you.

YOUR RIGHTS

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability: write to [email protected]. You can also complain to your country's data protection authority.

MINORS

Cordada is a tool for people who build and test apps. It is not directed at anyone under 18.

CHANGES

If this policy changes in any way that affects you, we announce it inside the app before it takes effect.

[email protected]

This policy is declared and signed by whoever publishes the app. Fulgeon only hosts it and shows it: it does not review it, verify it or approve it, and it does not answer for its truthfulness or for it being honoured. The party responsible for handling your data and for your rights is the app's author, not Fulgeon.
