Amaina

Every urge passes. Amaina helps you quit nail biting, smoking, vaping, gambling, snacking or any habit you want to leave behind. No guilt, no ads, no tricks.

Why it works:
— The urge button: when the wave comes, you surf it with long-exhale guided breathing, with the response that competes with your gesture, or just by watching it until it falls. The app measures how long your urges last and proves it with your own data.
— The counter that can't be broken: your main metric is waves surfed, and a relapse never erases it.
— Designed for the slip: if you give in one day, no red zeros. The app helps you come back, and returning within 24 hours repairs your streak. Coming back is the win.
— The real method: for nails, skin and hair, the program digitizes awareness training and the competing response, the most clinically supported technique. For everything else, the acceptance-based approach with the best trial results.
— If-then plans done right: always a replacement action, never a prohibition. The mind doesn't obey a "don't".
— Your sky: a living sky that clears with your real progress and dawns on your milestones.

Honest by design:
— Truly free: the full method, the widget and your privacy are never for sale.
— Pro, when you want more: your patterns (what sets you off, which day is hardest, whether your urges already last less), as many habits at once as you want, four more skies and exporting your data. 5 EUR a month or 45 EUR a year, price upfront, cancel in one tap from Google Play. The full method is free and stays free.
— Your habit data lives encrypted on your phone and nowhere else. No accounts, no cloud, no ads.
— In 8 languages.

Beta: the program ships with week 1; following weeks arrive via free updates.
